数字经济时代青年劳动者的可行能力塑造

随着新一代信息技术的快速发展,我国进入了数字经济时代并呈现出迅猛发展的态势.但是,我国数字经济发展过程中仍面临许多问题,最主要的问题是人才不足以支撑数字经济发展的需要.数字经济时代对青年劳动者的可行能力提出了更高的要求,面对我国现阶段青年劳动者信息利用能力偏低、自主获取知识能力偏弱、保持自身健康能力较差、心理调适能力较低、政治参与能力不足等问题,亟需通过青年劳动者主观能动性的发挥、企业数字技能培训的开展、政府制度性保障措施的提供,提升青年劳动者的可行能力,为数字经济的发展输送数字型、创新型、复合型人才.

高绩效人力资源管理系统与员工创新行为 ：建言行为的竞争机制研究

如何促进员工的创新行为对组织的发展至关重要。本研究通过多源、多时点调研方式，对我国技术型企业的人力资源部门负责人及其下属员工进行问卷调查，探讨了组织实施的高绩效人力资源管理系统对员工创新行为的影响，并检验了促进性建言与抑制性建言的竞争性中介作用及心理安全感的调节作用。研究结果表明：组织实施的高绩效人力资源管理系统对员工创新行为有显著正向影响；促进性建言和抑制性建言在高绩效人力资源管理系统与员工创新行为间表现出部分中介作用；心理安全感调节了高绩效人力资源管理系统与促进性建言之间的关系；同时，心理安全感还调节了促进性建言对高绩效人力资源管理系统与员工创新行为关系的中介作用。

生态环境损害赔偿磋商的结果及磋商协议的性质是磋商与司法衔接走向的决定性因素。根据《生态环境损害赔偿制度改革方案》,生态环境损害赔偿磋商应解读为民事性质。由此产生对磋商协议的司法确认和后续的申请人民法院强制执行问题,此为磋商与司法衔接的第一重关系。生态环境损害赔偿磋商、生态环境损害赔偿诉讼也有相较于环境民事公益诉讼的优先性,此为生态环境损害赔偿磋商与司法衔接的第二重关系。在这两重关系的框架内,具体衔接过程中如何操作则属需研究的细节问题。     

The Heavenly Palace

Wang Yaping became China's first female spacewalker on November 7, when she took part in the Shenzhou-13 mission's first extravehicular activi-ties (EVAs), alongside mission commander Zhai Zhigang. The event was the third extravehicular mission conducted during the construction of the country's space station Tiangong, or Heavenly Palace. 保理债权让与中债务人的抗辩

我国民法典第三编第十六章新增了保理合同。在民法典颁布以前,保理合同作为无名合同已经成为了债权人重要的融资手段,我国理论界与司法实践均认可保理合同的效力,并指出保理业务的核心是债权让与,①理论界在此基础上更进一步将保理区分为保理合同与债权让与两个层面。其中,有追索权的保理合同定性为借款合同。
